Serving Youth in Grades 5-12
OUR VISION
Our Teen Center, through partnership with the community, shall provide a safe and comfortable
environment that fosters mutual respect and responsibility for youth grades five through twelve.
WHAT WE DO
Children are welcome to come relax after school, watch a movie, get help with your homework, play
Wii, shoot some hoops, join in an art class, make some music and new friends, or just hang out. The
Teen Center offers a free membership, free daily snack and program activities. Plus we have a really
great group of fun and caring staff!
TEEN CENTER GUIDELINES
HOURS OF OPERATION & EARLY RELEASE/CLOSINGS
In situations of severe weather when SAD 28 cancels or closes school early, the Teen Center will also close.
STARFIRE SKATE PARK
We have a top-notch Skateboarding and rollerblading facility located behind our building. The Park is
open May through October - Monday - Friday: 2:15 - 4:00 PM.

- Please be positive, friendly, and affirming in language and action
- Please respect the Teen Center’s alcohol/drug/tobacco free environment

- School Year Hours: 2:15 - 6:00 PM Monday-Friday
- Early Release Days: 10:50 AM -5:00 PM (Nov. 16 & 18 and Dec. 22)
- Holiday/Vacation Closures: November 23-25; December 23-30 and January 2
