Youth Basketball
Instructors: Terry Fitzpatrick
Let the Y help your child get ready for the upcoming
basketball season with this fun approach to skill
development.  This basketball program is for players of
all ability levels.  Participants will be instructed in the
fundamental aspects of the game (dribbling, passing and
shooting), with emphasis placed on teamwork, fair play
and FUN. All skill levels are welcomed

Youth Indoor Soccer
Instructors: Terry Fitzpatrick
Don’t let the cooler weather keep your child from
enjoying soccer.  Join us and take the fun indoors with
the Y’s soccer program.  Participants are introduced to
the basics of indoor soccer through drill and fun games.  
Players will receive instruction on dribbling, settling,
passing and shooting.  Emphasis will be placed on
teamwork, fair play and FUN!  All skill levels are
welcomed.

Pee Wee Sports
Instructor:  Jenny Cameron
Pee Wee Sports is an exciting program designed to help
kids develop the gross motor skills necessary for
organized sports.  During each class, the instructor will
utilize non-competitive games to reinforce team
participation and FUN.

Fall Youth Soccer
Volunteer Coaches Needed
This six-week recreational soccer league will provide an
opportunity for participants to develop skills and also
experience game situations. Volunteer coaches lead
participants through drills and games each week with the
primary focus on participant enjoyment.

Outdoors Club
Instructors: Jenny Cameron
Spend your afternoon enjoying the great outdoors. The
first portion of the session will be hiking the beautiful
trails around Camden-Rockport Area. Once the weather
warms, the class will be learning the skills of canoeing.
This program is designed to teach water safety, basic
rescue/wilderness survival techniques, basic first aid, in
addition to canoeing strokes and the basics of Leave No
Trace hiking.

Youth Boot Camp
Instructor:  Various
Come have a Fun Friday at the YMCA. Boot Camp will
do a variety of sports, rock climbing, nutrition and
outdoor adventures. Every week your child will learn
new skills, exercise and have fun.

Itty Bitty Sports
Itty Bitty Sports is designed to get the little ones moving
and introduce them to throwing, catching, kicking, body
movement & awareness and traditional games such as
duck duck good and red light green light. During each
class, the instructor will utilize non-competitive games to
reinforce team participation and fun.
