Q. Do I have to be a member to register online?
A. Yes. It is required that you be a member in order to
register on-line.
Q. What information do I need to login to on-line registration?
A. All you need is your last name, first name, date of birth
and zip code.
Q. Do I have to login in order to register for programs.
A. Yes.
Q. What types of programs are available on-line?
A. Virtually every program is available for on-line
registration. However, All Youth Aquatics, Snow Day
Camps or any programs where you receive a discount
(CAMP - 2nd child discount, early signup discount, etc.),
use a gift certificate or program credit, please contact the
members services desk at the YMCA. We would be happy
to take your registration over the phone at (207)-236-3375.
Q: What if the class I want is already full?
A: We encourage you to put your child on the waiting list.
This gives us a better idea of the number of people
interested in our programs, and allows us to create new
classes or recruit additional instructors whenever possible.
We do everything possible to get as many participants off
the waiting list and enrolled in classes.
Q. What payment options do I have for on-line registration?
A. Your payment options are MasterCard and Visa.
Q. Can I sign up more than one person at a time?
A. As long as the individuals you want to sign up are part of
your YMCA account, you can register them for programs.
Q. What proof will I have that I registered and paid for the
program?
A. You can print a receipt that will show the classes or
programs you have registered for along with how much was
paid for the class.
Q. Can I cancel a program on-line and receive a refund?
A. No. All cancellations must take place at the YMCA.
Q. What if I have an existing system credit or receive a discount?
A. If you have a credit, gift certificate or are receiving a
discount you must go to the YMCA to complete your
registration.
Q. Is on-line registration secure?
A. Yes. The on-line registration site will secure your private
information using 128-bit encryption so no account
information is sent unencrypted over public lines.
