Kripalu Yoga for All  
Instructor: Bob Sagona
For those new to yoga and experienced practitioners.  Increase
flexibility, release stress and tension and enter a state of deep
relaxation.  Kripalu yoga is accessible to all levels, combining principles
of safe body alignment, deep breath work, and short holds in postures
to build strength and flexibility.  Gentle vinyasa flow routines will be
integrated into the class to create new movement patterns for physical
health and well-being.  Beginners encouraged to attend, come on, give
it a try!

Mindful Moements
Instructor: Whitney Eldridge
This is an exciting new, pre & post natal class offered to busy moms.
The class emphasizes the importance of exercising safely during and
after pregnancy. The class will focus on core strengthening, over all
body toning and important stretches. It will increase energy, muscle
strength and cardio condition. Additionally, it will reduce pregnancy
discomforts such as fatigue, backaches, leg cramps and swelling,
reducing stress and improving sleep, all of which help prepare you for
labor, delivery and beyond. Whether you are newly pregnant, have a
toddler or a teen, this class will build self-confidence and bring balance
into your everyday life.  

Refresh your Day with Yoga
Instructor: Kate Fitzgerald
Feeling stressed and depleted from the workday? Ease your way into
the evening. Calm the body, relax the mind, replenish your spirit
through a yoga practice designed for all levels.

Rise and Shine Yoga
Instructor:  Ellen Stanclift
This class will involve a number of sun salutations, balance asanas,
Warrior series of standing poses, seated asanas, inversions and
breathing exercises.  This course will be a wonderful way to reconnect
with your body, destress and start the day!

Yoga for Every Body
Instructor:  Brita Light        
Learn yoga breathing, stretching and strengthening to improve
flexibility, lung capacity, immune function and well-being.  Asanas
(poses), pranayama (breathwork) and savasana (deep relaxation.)  
Appropriate for all levels, taught by a R.N..Massage therapist with
advanced certification in therapeutic yoga with a focus on individual
anatomy and physiology.

Yoga Class Pass  
Members Only.  Purchase a 10-class pass for $60 and drop in to:  
Beginners Yoga, Kripalu Yoga for All, Yoga for Every Body, Yoga for
Teens, Rise and Shine Yoga or Primetime Yoga.  Class pass must be
used within the session purchased.

Pilates Mat Morning
Instructor: Vanessa Knause
Pilates mat class focuses on the principles of traditional Pilates,
including core stability, concentration, flow and breathing. The class
follows a series of exercises  designed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen
core muscle groups and increase flexibility. Stability balls and
thera-bands will be used for added resistance and variation. Pilates mat
class is for all ages and levels and when done regularly, results in
longer, leaner muscles and improved posture and alignment.
