Youth Karate Saturday

Here is a great way to channel your child's energy
and have them learn self-control and discipline.  
Your child will progressively learn skills, gain
strength and have more self-confidence as the
instructor leads them through the different
disciplines and techniques.

After School Youth Karate

Tae Kwon Do & More
Instructor: Doug Johnstone
The martial arts are some of the oldest forms of
fitness.  Our class combines linear movements of
Karate and circular patters of Kung Fu with hand
and leg techniques of Chin Na for self defense.  
We will also explore the use of the staff (Jo) and
Filipino short sticks.  

Youth Fitness Center Training Program
This class is for adolescents 11-13 who wish to
begin using the Fitness Center.  Mandatory for
anyone under the age of 13.  The class is limited to
6 students, and will take them through the proper
use of the fitness equipment and lifting techniques,
as well as fitness center etiquette.
