Group Power

This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major
muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with
fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic
movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group
Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are an
inactive person interested in getting fit or an athlete looking for a

Body Forging
Instructor:  Jan Sokoloff
This class is for anyone who wants to have fun, increase their
strength and flexibility, endurance and energy.  The program is
based on traditional training in Pilates, Power Yoga, Tai Chi,
Martial Arts and core training.  All ages and fitness levels
welcome.  

Cycle Strong  
Instructor:  Various
Get the best of both worlds! Try a 45 minute cycle class
followed by a 15 minute toning class. Cardio and strength
training in one class!

Fitness Express - NEW!
Instructor: Jill Harrison
Turn your lunch break into a cardio/strength workout! Class will
combine aerobic conditioning, strength training and core work. A
variety of fitness tools will be used: core board, stability balls,
weights and power bars. A great way to break up the day with a
45 minute workout.

Healthy Seniors

A simple one hour program introducing seniors to exercise.  

H.I.T. (High Intensity Training)  
Instructor: Allyson Neilson
Challenge yourself with High Intensity Training. An invigorating,
fast-paced class that will increase your cardiovascular and
muscular strength. The ultimate workout for men and women
who want to work hard and have fun. Unlock your fitness
potential!

Weekend Cycle Strong
Instructor:  Dan Seefahrt
Start your weekend with a 45-minute blood pumping cardio
workout followed by 15 minutes of core conditioning!

Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength
Instructors:  Sandy Bodamer, Victor Gould
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises
designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and
activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing
with handles and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is
used for seated and/or standing support.

Super Circuit
Instructor:  Dan Seefahrt
Intense, dynamic work-out utilizing aerobics and weight training
in one class.  Aerobic moves on and around the step, integrated
with upper body building, flexibility and balance work.  This is
Power Circuit at the next level!  Have fun and get lean!

Weight Training Basics for Women
Instructor: Dan Seefahrt
This course will focus on basic free weight exercise using
dumbbells.  Designed to develop a strength training regimen for
the woman with little or no experience, this course will take the
mystery out of free weight training.  Muscular strength and
balance as well as a personal sense of well-being are the goals.  

Heartwatch Cardiac Program  
Year Round Program
Instructors:  Various
Heart watch is a phase III and IV cardiac rehab program
designed to lead participants through a basic fitness program.
The program is supervised by nurses and has a fitness specialist
on staff during the class to help with each individual. The goal is
to encourage and enable anyone with an existing heart condition
to return to a healthy lifestyle. Special care is taken to ensure the
health and safety of the participant: blood pressure and heart rate
will be monitored constantly during all workouts.
