We offer adult programs that range of classes from beginner swim lessons
to programs that help refine the four competitive strokes.  Each instructor
is trained in teaching freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly,
along with leisure strokes like sidestroke and elementary backstroke.

Adult Swim Lessons
This program is geared toward the beginner or intermediate swimmer.  
Basic swimming skills are taught along with water comfort and endurance.
 
Individual Lessons
These lessons are for individuals who prefer one on one instruction or
whose schedule varies week to week.  Lessons are purchased in four half
hour blocks. Call the Aquatic office 236-3375 at extension 221 for
availability and with any questions.  
Times and days are tailored to the
needs of the participant.  

American Red Cross Lifeguard Training CPR Course
This course will certify individuals, upon successful completion in
lifeguard training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid and AED.   
The class is split into two sections:  a classroom discussion / video session
and a practical in-water session.  Participants are required to bring swim
suits, towels and goggles (if needed).  Maximum enrollment:  10
participants.
